REFUND POLICY:
You may cancel any order, for any reason, up until the date and time when such order is actually shipped. once you order is shipped and we provide you with shipping confirmation and tracking information, the sale shall be considered final and no refunds or exchanges will be made under any circumstance unless the reason for your refund request is a claim that your order was not received, in which case we will require confirmation from the shipping service stating that the shipment was lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.

24-HOUR TURN-AROUND:
If you purchase our 24-hour turn-around optional extra, the 24 hour time frame will start counting at 7pm eastern time of the business day after your order is placed and your payment has cleared our account.

JURISDICTION & VENUE:
You hereby understand and agree that jurisdiction and venue for any possible dispute that may ever arise between us will be exclusively in the city of miami, miami-dade county, state of florida, regardless of where your home or business is located, and you hereby waive trial by jury.

COLLECTIONS:
If you fail or refuse to pay fees due to us when they are due, your account may be turned over for collection and possible litigation, and you hereby agree to pay all reasonable attorneys fees, court costs, filing fees, and collection costs which may be assessed by us, our attorneys, or any collection agency retained to pursue the matter, along with interest at the highest rate allowed by law.

ASSIGNMENT:
We may assign all or part of our rights or obligations under these terms of service without prior notice to you, but you may not assign any of your rights or obligations without our prior written authorization.

SEVERABILITY:
If a provision of these terms of service is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any
other provision of these terms of service or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of these terms of service.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
You understand that these terms of service are the complete and final agreement between us and that there is no other agreement of any kind unless such agreement is in writing and is signed and dated by both parties.
